How we measure visits

Last updated: October 2026

EaglesEntry keeps its own record of visits to understand who uses the site, how people find us, and what to improve. This page explains exactly what we log, and how to turn it off.

Your choice

Measure my visits

On: we log the pages you open, your device, how you found us and your rough location.

What we log for each visit

  • Pages you open, in order, and how long the visit lasted.
  • Rough location: your country, worked out from your internet address. Never your exact address or GPS.
  • Your network’s name, for example your internet provider, your employer’s network, or a cloud or VPN provider.
  • Your device: phone, tablet or computer, operating system, browser, screen size, language and time zone.
  • How you found us: the website or search engine you came from, and campaign tags in the link (for example from our emails).
  • Whether you clicked, typed or scrolled, which helps us tell people from automated bots.
  • If you’re signed in, your account, so we can see how members use EaglesEntry.
  • A random visitor number stored in your browser, so we can tell new from returning visitors. It isn’t a cookie and isn’t shared with anyone.

We don’t keep your full internet address: only a shortened version (the last part removed) and a scrambled one-way code used to stop floods of fake visits.

What we don’t do

  • No advertising trackers, and we never sell or share visit records for advertising.
  • No screen recording, no reading what you type into forms, and no device “fingerprinting”.
  • We don’t try to find out who anonymous visitors are.

Who handles it

Visit records are stored with Base44, which hosts EaglesEntry, and only the EaglesEntry owner can read them. Your internet address is looked up with IPinfo, which tells us your country and the name of your network. Country and network data are provided by IPinfo.

Base44 also measures page traffic for the app as a whole (for example page counts and countries).

How long we keep it

Visit records are deleted after about 12 months.

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you visit from these places, we ask first and log nothing unless you choose “Allow”. You can change your mind any time with the switch above.

Your rights

You can turn visit logging off above at any time.

Deleting your EaglesEntry account also deletes the visit records linked to it. Visits made without signing in aren’t tied to your name.
