Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

EaglesEntry doesn’t ask for health information. This policy explains what happens if you choose to share some, for example a condition or an accommodation you need, when you talk to Electron or write an application. It is our policy under Washington’s My Health My Data Act.

Nevada or Connecticut resident? See our Nevada and Connecticut health-data addenda.

What health information we may collect, and why

  • What you tell Electron, our AI job-search assistant: used to answer the question you asked.
  • What you put in screening answers, your résumé pitch or an application: used to prepare and send the application you asked us to send.

We don’t collect health information from anywhere else, we don’t buy it, and we don’t use location data.

Electron currently has chat memory switched on: it can remember what you tell it, including health information, for your later chats. Only you, Electron and our service providers can see it. A control to view and delete that memory is coming. Until then, requesting account deletion removes it.

Who we share it with

  • Employers you apply to: if your application includes health information, that employer receives it because you asked us to send it. The employer uses it under its own privacy policy.
  • Our service providers, who process it only for us under contract: Base44 (hosting and data storage), and OpenAI and Anthropic (the AI models that answer you).

We never sell consumer health data, and we don’t use it for advertising, for matching you to jobs, or to rank or score you.

Your rights

  • Confirm whether we hold your health information and get a copy, with the list of everyone we shared it with.
  • Withdraw your consent, and ask us to delete it.
  • Appeal if we refuse a request.

To delete everything, use Delete account in your profile. For any other request, use our contact form and choose “Something else”. We answer within 45 days (we may extend once by 45 days and will tell you why). Submitted applications are kept as a record of what you sent; each employer keeps its own copy and handles requests for it.

Washington

We collect health information only as needed for the service you asked for, and share it only as described above. We don’t use geofencing. If you disagree with our answer to an appeal, you can contact the Washington Attorney General.
