- Job seekers can sign in with email or with a Google, Microsoft or Apple account. Recruiters sign in with their work email through Google or Microsoft.
- If you use Google, Microsoft or Apple, your password lives with them; change it there.
- If you can’t get in, use the sign-in page’s help link, or write to us from the public report form with the email on the account.
- We never email asking for your password, card number or ID document. Report any such message.
